When you are sitting in a sea of cardboard boxes and have six utilities guys' numbers on speed dial this cartoon begins to make sense. When you tell the call centre man that you live in Dwarka and can't wait for the technician any longer, your pain makes sense to him. Turns out he lives in Dwarka too.
